1. Why Joginder Nagar? 

Joginder Nagar is located at 31°59′N  76°46′E  / 31.98°N  76.77°E . It has an average elevation of 1,200 meters (4000 feet). Summers are pleasant and mild. In winters the temperature drops low and there is some snowfall. Jogindernagar is a quiet and relaxing holiday destination and has options open for trekking, fishing, sightseeing, picnics and enjoyable drives.

2.During which Season trekking is possible? 
Trekking at lower heights up to 10000 to 11000 feet can be done in all seasons. Treks involving heights more than this can be done only in summer seasons from May to September. 

 3. What is the Cost involved? 
On an average cost of Rs. 800 to Rs. 1000 Per person /day. The vehicle charges and accommodation etc will be extra

4. What all Equipments are required? 
Equipments like tents, ropes, cooking utensils and other required during the trekking will be provided by us. 

5. Risk factors 
There is a slight risk involved in these adventure sports of trekking and mountaineering.  People with heart problem, BP etc can take only easy treks.  Anyhow the volunteers will be medically checked at the base. and will be allowed to take trek if found fit.

6. What Age group can go for trekking? 
Age is no bar for trekking though it is advised for most of the people above 50 years to undertake only easy treks

7. What about Accommodation? 
Hotel accommodation is available at the starting points that is base camps at reasonable prices.  Tented accommodation will be used during the trekking. 

8. What Medical facility is available?  
Medical facility is available at base camps.  Medicines and other items will be carried by the trekkers required for first aid.  Arrangements can be made for evacuation in case of emergency.  A qualified doctor can accompany the group if desired. 

9. What are the communication facilities? 
Telephone facilities will be available within a range of 4 to 5 kilometers along the most of the treks. 

10. How many persons can be in a group? 
The trekking is usually done in a group to enjoy it more.  The number may vary from 3 to 15 or even more. 

11. What Assistance is available  during trekking? 
We will provide all the assistance like medical help, maps, local guide, cooking utensils, familiarization with the area etc
